PAYMENT & SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS

Clients may have the option to purchase eligible loc styles using Shop Pay Installments. Shop Pay Installments is a third-party financing option. Eligibility, payment schedules, approval, and the collection of installment payments are determined and managed by the applicable Shop Pay Installments provider.

The Simone Collection does not determine approval for installment plans and does not manage your installment payments after your purchase.

Your purchase price is for the loc style selected at checkout. Please carefully review the style, length, price, and other selections before completing your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your selected loc style and agree to the price and these policies before submitting payment.

No refunds will be issued for:

● Change of mind after purchasing

● Choosing the incorrect style or length

● Finding another style or stylist

● Failure to schedule or attend your appointment

● Missed or no-show appointments

● Personal scheduling conflicts

● Failure to follow appointment or preparation requirements

● Failure to qualify for or maintain a particular Shop Pay installment arrangement

● Requests to cancel after hair, supplies, or materials have been purchased or prepared for your service

Purchasing through Shop Pay Installments does not change The Simone Collection’s refund and cancellation policies.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law or the policies of your payment provider.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

Purchasing your loc style does not automatically create an appointment unless an appointment date and time are specifically confirmed as part of the purchasing process.

After purchasing, clients are responsible for following the provided instructions to schedule their appointment.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed for a particular date unless that date has been confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

Because loc services may require hair, products, supplies, preparation, and appointment time to be reserved in advance, purchases remain non-refundable if a client cancels or fails to attend the appointment.

Any rescheduling request is subject to The Simone Collection’s current rescheduling policy and appointment availability.

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment does not entitle you to a refund.

DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Before completing your purchase, you are responsible for reviewing the style selected, total purchase price, appointment requirements, and this no-refund policy.

If you believe there is an error with your purchase or service, please contact The Simone Collection promptly so the issue can be reviewed.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, The Simone Collection reserves the right to provide relevant documentation to Shopify, Shop Pay, Affirm, the customer’s financial institution, or other payment processor. This documentation may include the order confirmation, selected service, checkout information, acceptance of store policies, appointment records, communications, preparation or material records, and evidence that the service was provided or made available as agreed.

A dispute or chargeback request does not automatically override this store’s stated refund policy. The final determination of a dispute is made by the applicable payment provider or financial institution according to its rules and applicable law.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for:

● Selecting the correct loc style and length before purchasing

● Providing accurate contact information

● Reading all service descriptions and appointment requirements

● Arriving on time and prepared for their appointment

● Following all scheduling and rescheduling requirements

● Managing their Shop Pay Installments account and scheduled payments directly with the applicable provider

AGREEMENT

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and The Simone Collection’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
